Dear Robert
RE: Factory Warranted 1990 Countess 132
Pam and I would like to thank you
and all at Carlight for the splendid condition
and presentation of our caravan, it really has
a 'new feeling' and we are very pleased with it.
We would also like to say thanks
for all the help, kindness, bits and pieces to
help with our alterations, the handbook which
arrived last week, and the much appreciated cups
of coffee whenever we visited the factory.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sir
A brief letter of appreciation
for your Open Day on July 8th. A great deal of
preparation by an enthusiastic team, must have
gone into such an absolutely open and practical
demonstration of build / equipment/ finish of
Carlight caravans.
I may buy, or not be able to buy
a Carlight, but there could not have been a better
demonstration of your production caravans, old
as well as new, other van manufactures should
note. Staff were keen and helpful, assisting a
25 year out of date caravaner to come up to date,
my particular thanks to Terry for his time and
patience.
Yours sincerely

Dear Robert
I just returned yesterday from
holiday safe and sound and with no further mishaps.
I want to say how grateful my wife
and I are for the kindness and help you gave us
after the accident. I was very impressed
Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Pinnell
Just a letter of thanks and appreciation
for the first class job you and your staff achieved
on my 1975 Casetta.
I now admit that I was a little
apprehensive that due to the damage which it sustained
and the age of the Casetta things might not be
the same again, but it has to be said that i would
have no fears in recommending you and your staff
for any repair work.
The Casetta has been admired many
times on sites, and I know that it is going to
continue.
Many thanks
Yours sincerely C. Hunter |

Dear Robert
Sorry we did not see you when we
collected our "new" renovated Carlight.
If we had met you would have heard these words
instead of reading them.
I thank you for your honesty of
suggesting renovation of a well built and looked
after caravan. Sue who gave us the estimate and
advice contacted us, if even a minute change was
needed, She is so obliging and practical.
The advice of Neil was as always
exemplary. You have an excellent team Robert.
There were extras as work proceeded
and an instant quotation. Savings were pointed
out when possible. When we checked our final account,
it was not greatly over the original estimate,
despite extras. This speaks volumes for Carlight's
integrity.
Workmanship throughout was up to
the high standards we have come to expect of carlight.
We look forward to many more rallies
and trips in the future.
So Robert. Thank you again, convay
our sentiments to all your staff.

From: George Cannon
Subject: Open Day
Just a quick note to say thankyou
to all involved with last Saturday's open day.
It was the first time I have attended one and
it was most educational in the time and effort
that goes into making the caravans we know and
love.
I know a few people who we have
spoken to in the past few months came and where
also impressed and hope that you manage to generate
orders from them in the near future. The look
on the face of the woman who saw her van naked
in the workshop for all to see was a picture
Many thanks again for taking the
time out for us all to see this. |
